Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join a growing team across the UK. You will drive IPV units, set up and maintain traffic management sites in NHSS compliance, and deliver daily site briefings.

Successful candidates will have Lantra Traffic Management qualifications, be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check, hold the right to work in the UK, and possess a full UK driving licence (max 6 points). Training and progression available.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications are required.
• Candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
• Driving licence in the UK with <=6 penalty points is required.

Responsibilities

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring safe working practices and compliance with RAMS and Health & Safety at Work Act.

Education

Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications

Right to Work in UK

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Duties may include:

Driving an IPV.

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.

Deliver site daily briefings.

Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.

Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.

Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.

Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.

Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.

Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.

Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.

Complete Risk Assessments.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
