Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our projects across the UK. The role involves setting up temporary traffic controls, managing flows and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Candidates should hold Lantra Traffic Management qualifications, be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check and have the right to work in the UK, plus a full UK driving licence with up to six points. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights as required.
• Manage traffic flow at the temporary lights and ensure public compliance.
• Report any issues to site or operations manager.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within required time scales.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act.
• Assist with unloading/loading of materials.
• Report plant and vehicle defects.
