Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) seeks multiple Traffic Management Operatives to join our team covering the South West. Responsibilities include installing temporary traffic management and liaising with clients and subcontractors. Training opportunities available to gain further qualifications as you grow your TM career.

The role offers 40 hours per week with day, evening and night shifts; nights at enhanced rates. Permanent, full-time contract in the South West of England.

Qualifications

• TTMBC & 12D (M1+M2+M5) is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Pass a Drug and Alcohol test is required.
• Proven working experience in a similar Traffic Maintenance role is required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install/ remove Temporary Traffic Management.
• Load and maintain equipment (temporary signals, road closures).
• Site maintenance and incident reporting (near misses, etc.).
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks for safety and appearance.
