Job summary

Manpower is seeking multiple Traffic Management Operatives to cover the South West region with a 40-hour week and optional overtime at weekends. Roles include installing and removing temporary traffic management, loading equipment, site maintenance, and liaison with clients and subcontractors.

A valid UK driving licence and drug/alcohol tests are required. Shifts include days, evenings and nights with enhanced rates for non-day shifts.

Qualifications

• TTMBC & 12D required or training provided for right candidate.
• Proven working experience in a similar Traffic Maintenance role.
• A full valid UK Driving Licence and ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Installing/removing Temporary Traffic Management.
• Load & maintain equipment (temporary traffic signals & road closures).
• Site maintenance & reporting incidents and near misses.
• Liaise with clients & subcontractors.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks for safety and appearance.
