Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the Brighton area. The role involves setting up and managing temporary traffic lights, guiding traffic, reading CAD drawings, and ensuring safety and compliance with RAMS and Health & Safety at Work.

Candidates should hold Lantra traffic management qualifications, be able to pass a drugs and alcohol check, have the right to work in the UK, and possess a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary lights to ensure public safety.
• Report issues to site or operations manager.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within required timescales.
• Assist with traffic diversions and setting up traffic lights.
• Ensure safe working practices and follow RAMS and MTSA guidelines.
