Job summary

Pinson TM Limited in Watford is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join a leading UK traffic management team. Candidates should have Lantra qualifications, a driving licence, be able to pass drugs tests, and read CAD drawings.

You will set up traffic lights, manage traffic flow, and ensure safety on site with compliance to RAMS and HSE guidelines. This is a hands-on on-site role with clear targets and opportunities for progression within a busy operations

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications required.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
