Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves setting up temporary traffic lights, managing traffic flow, and ensuring safety and compliance across sites. Candidates should have Lantra qualifications, be able to pass a drugs/alcohol check, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Experience with CAD drawings is desirable. Candidates will work with direct and subcontract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on site.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing traffic flow at temp lights and ensuring public compliance.
• Report any issues to site or operations manager.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within required timescales.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act.
