Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join a growing team across the UK. You will help set up temporary traffic controls, monitor flow, read CAD drawings, and work to safety standards.

We welcome candidates with Lantra qualifications, ability to pass drugs/alcohol checks, right to work in the UK, and a full UK driving licence (max 6 points). Training provided and opportunities to grow within the traffic management sector.

Qualifications

• Lantra TM qualifications required for traffic management roles.
• Right to Work in the UK and valid UK driving licence.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
• Drugs & Alcohol check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
