Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is hiring Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives and Drivers with experience in managing traffic and operations on large UK sites. You will work with direct labour and sub-contract teams, meet targets and deadlines, and support safe traffic management on site.

Responsibilities include setting up traffic lights, managing flow, and reporting to site/operations managers. CAD reading and RAMS compliance are valued, with a strong safety mindset and reliable attitude

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
