Job summary

Pinson TM Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our expanding team. You will work with direct and sub-contract labour to meet targets and deadlines, supporting safe and efficient traffic management on-site.

Experience in traffic management is preferred; roles include setting up traffic lights, managing flows, reading CAD drawings, and reporting to the site or operations manager.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Help with unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
