Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves setting up and managing temporary traffic lights, reading CAD traffic drawings, and ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

We welcome candidates with Lantra qualifications, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to pass drugs and alcohol checks. On-site work with direct and sub-contract teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing traffic flow at the temporary lights to ensure public compliance.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights and assisting with traffic diversions.
• Ensuring the team works safely and efficiently to achieve quality.
• Complying with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
