Job summary

BUKO Traffic & Safety is expanding its team in Swindon to deliver safe, well-managed temporary traffic control across a range of projects. You will set up and manage temporary lights and signals, help with Stop/Go services, and support lane closures on busy roadways.

We offer guaranteed hours and overtime opportunities, with door-to-door pay and comprehensive benefits, including health and wellbeing services. A valid UK driving licence and Lantra qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Resident within one hour of the depot location.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Lantra qualification 12D M1/2 – M6.

Responsibilities

• Set up and close down temporary lights including signals.
• Stop and Go services and traffic marshal duties.
• Support/lead lane closures for dual carriageways.
• Complete weekly paperwork including timesheets and vehicle checks.
• Shift work outdoors in all weather conditions.
