Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves setting up and managing temporary traffic lights, ensuring public safety and adherence to RAMS. You will work with both direct and subcontract labour to meet targets and deadlines across sites.

Candidates should possess the 12D M5 Lantra qualification, be able to pass drugs/alcohol checks, and have the right to work in the UK. Team players with reliable attitudes are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in one or more of the listed positions (e.g., M5 Operative).
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing traffic flow at temporary lights and ensuring public compliance.
• Report issues to site or operations manager.
• Maintain safe and effective working practices in line with RAMS and Method Statements.
• Assist with unloading/loading of materials and equipment.
• Report plant and vehicle defects promptly.
