Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join its expanding team across the UK. Operatives will set up temporary traffic lights, manage traffic flow and help ensure site safety according to RAMS and approved procedures.

Candidates must have 12D M5 Lantra approval, be able to read CAD traffic management drawings, pass a Drugs & Alcohol check, and have right to work in the UK. A team player with good attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management roles, including setting up temporary traffic lights.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• 12D M5 Lantra Approved qualification.
• Right to Work in the UK and ability to pass a drugs and alcohol check.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights on roads as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary lights and ensure public compliance.
• Report issues to site or operations manager.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act and RAMS.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within required time scales.
