Class One Traffic Management in Scotland is seeking a Traffic Management Operative to join our team in Shotts. You will set up and maintain traffic management systems and direct traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies.

Applicants should hold a full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points) and be flexible regarding shifts, including nights. Training and career progression opportunities are available in a growing firm.

We offer three flexible shift patterns designed to support a healthy balance between your work commitments and personal life. These can be a combination of days and nights.

• 12 days on 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue)
• 6 days on 1 day off
• Part-time over 4 days, shift patterns of Sat-Tue or Thurs-Sun

We also have vacancies for high-speed operatives, which involve night shifts. These roles require a 12AB Lantra qualification.

Requirements for Traffic Management Operative

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Flexibility to work shift patterns as stated above
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months
• Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot
• Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g. Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2) desirable but not essential
