Job summary

Class One Traffic Management Limited in Bonnybridge seeks a Traffic Management Operative. You will set up and monitor traffic control measures, directing vehicles and pedestrians safely during roadworks and events.

The role offers varied shifts designed to balance work with personal commitments. Applicants should hold a Full UK Driving Licence (6 points max) and be eligible to work in the UK; 12AB/12D/Unit 2 qualifications are desirable but not essential.

• Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot.
• Lantra qualifications (12AB, 12D M1/M2, Unit 2) desirable but not essential.

Must hold a full driving licence (no more than 6 points) to be eligible for this role

We offer three flexible shift patterns designed to support a healthy balance between your work commitments and personal life. These can be a combination of days and nights.

• 12 days on 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue)


• 6 days on 1 day off


• Part-time over 4 days, shift patterns of Sat-Tue or Thurs-Sun

We also have vacancies for high-speed operatives, which involve night shifts. These roles require a 12AB Lantra qualification.
