Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for a Traffic Management Operations Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic team!

Responsibilities of the TM Ops Manager:

• Scheduling workload based on priorities, skills, and resources for our in-house team of Traffic Management Operatives.
• Ensuring daily whereabouts and compliance of operatives are completed.
• Maintaining communication with clients to provide updates and information, and updating in-house systems accurately.
• Managing Traffic Management Operatives to maximize productivity.
• Supporting financial administration, including reconciliation of timesheets and preparation of self-billing invoices.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in planning and scheduling resources while meeting deadlines.
• High-level knowledge and experience within Traffic Management.
• Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure, remain calm, and pay high attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
