Job summary

RJS Contractors Limited in Farnborough, Hampshire, seeks a Traffic Management Officer to lead and grow the TM division alongside Groundworks. You will need a full, clean UK driving license and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The role covers drafting and processing permits, TTROs, notices, and traffic orders; budgeting with finance; site setup; client liaison; and overseeing TM projects using Joblogic, ensuring PPE compliance and RAMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Traffic Order Management.
• NRSWA Operative/Supervisor certification.
• Lantra 12D M1-M2/12D MJ certification.

Responsibilities

• Draft and process permits, TTROs, notices, and traffic regulations.
• Coordinate emergency and temporary traffic orders and costs with finance.
• Manage notices, orders, and progress reports; liaise with clients and authorities.
• Oversee TM projects and ensure compliance with PPE and RAMS.
• Prospect new business and support estimators with permits and TM plans.
