Job summary

VolkerWessels UK Ltd. is seeking a Lead Operative for the Traffic Management business, based at the Clutton depot near Bristol. The role involves implementing traffic management plans, ensuring compliance with Chapter 8 and drawings, and upholding high safety and quality standards.

You will work under supervision to install, maintain and remove traffic measures, using your experience in highways maintenance and your valid UK driving licence. A First Aid at Work qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management operations.
• Experience in highways maintenance.
• Holder of 12D M1-M6 and/or 12A/B LTMO/Foreman.
• Holder of full valid UK driving licence.
• First Aid at Work qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and remove traffic management in accordance with Chapter 8 and scheme drawings.
• Demonstrate safety and quality focus in daily work.
