DRW is a diversified trading firm with a global footprint and a commitment to autonomy, innovation and high performance. We are seeking a Software Engineer to join the UP - Business Experience team, building tools and applications that empower business users across the firm.

You will primarily work on legacy code, lead small projects to completion, collaborate with business users and provide production support on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluency in Python and/or C#.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primarily work on legacy code, and sometimes work on green-field development.
• Lead small projects to completion.
• Hands on with business users, sometimes collaborating with them to improve their software.
• Production support (one weekend per month on-call).
