Job summary

FlexTrade Systems is seeking a technically adept professional to join our flagship trading products team, delivering implementations and ongoing support for global investment banking and trading clients.

You will liaise with client teams, translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, and work with cross-functional colleagues to design, build, test, and deploy integrations across platforms. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate subject is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with business and technical clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay composed.
• Willingness to learn both the business and technical aspects of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage client relationships, understanding business workflows and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, build, test and deploy integrations.
• On-board client and broker connections to FlexTrade systems and network.
• Provide global client support and troubleshoot issues end-to-end.
