Job summary

FlexTrade Systems is seeking a skilled Client Services professional to support the FlexTrade suite of software and interact with high-profile clients to understand their needs, design solutions and implement them, alongside the FlexTrade development team.

You will work with clients globally to provide proactive technical support, onboard broker connections to the FlexLINK FIX network, and help implement and test new FX liquidity providers.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Programming experience in C++ and Linux/Unix environments.
• Able to communicate confidently with both business and technical clients.
• Ability to work under pressure while staying composed.
• Desire to learn both business and technical aspects of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing and technical support to ensure high-quality relationships.
• Liaise with clients to define business and workflow requirements.
• Act as primary technical contact for allocated clients for new needs and projects.
• Formulate requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with developers.
• On-board client connections to the FlexLINK FIX network and test FX liquidity providers.
