Job summary

B&Q Guernsey is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead a high-performing team on the sales floor, drive stock management, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will coach colleagues, run end-to-end stock reviews, plan promotions, and ensure deep product knowledge so every customer counts.

This permanent role offers flexible hours (full time, part time or job share) at a store in Guernsey, with a competitive package including bonus and pension.

Up to £42,089.54 per annum (Inclusive of £2.14 per hour, store specific location allowance) + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Trading Team Manager is to create a truly inclusive high performing team to deliver an exceptional service for our customers in store. In this role you will:

• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
