Job summary

B&Q St Neots is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive commercial delivery on the sales floor. You will coach colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and manage end-to-end stock, promotions and range changes.

The role offers Full time/Part time/Job Share options with a permanent contract and 36.75 hours per week, with a salary up to £32,000 plus bonus and pension, plus 6.6 weeks holiday. Join us to help customers create homes they’ll love.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills to coach and develop a high-performing in-store team.
• Experience delivering end-to-end stock management, promotions and range changes.
• Ability to analyse sales data and customer feedback to drive commercial decisions.

Role

A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Trading Team Manager is to create a truly inclusive high performing team to deliver an exceptional service for our customers in store. In this role you will:

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
• Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count
