Job summary

FORESTSEA MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive graduate to support traders in daily trade execution and order placement at our office in High Street Centre. Training will be provided.

You'll assist with trade booking, keep records, prepare basic reports, and liaise with brokers and internal teams. Strong English and Mandarin, Excel skills, and attention to detail are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, accurate and responsible.
• Able to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Training provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support traders in daily trade execution and order placement
• Assist with trade booking, order tracking and transaction records
• Monitor trade details and ensure information is accurately recorded
• Prepare basic trading reports and data summaries
• Liaise with traders, brokers and internal teams when required
• Perform other trading and administrative support duties
