We’re hiring a world-class Head of Trading Risk to join one of London’s most dynamic and fast-scaling multi-asset CFD & FX brokers. You’ll be the guardian of the book—monitoring, managing, and optimising real-time trading risk across a broad suite of leveraged products. This isn’t a back-office role. What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee real-time exposure and P&L across FX, indices, commodities, and crypto CFD products
• Identify and mitigate trading risk across market, client, and systemic levels
• Partner with trading, quant, and product teams to manage hedging strategies
• Build and refine risk models and controls (in-house or with third-party tech)
• Be the first line of defence for high-volatility events—your calls will matter
• Lead investigations into anomalies, slippage, and pricing issues
• Provide regular risk reporting to senior leadership and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6+ years of risk or trading experience within a CFD, FX, or proprietary trading firm
• Deep understanding of market risk, client behavior, and margin-based products
• Familiar with real-time risk systems, MT4/MT5, cTrader, and bridging technology
• Quantitative mindset with a pragmatic, commercial edge
• Calm under pressure, alert to threats, and ready to act fast
• Confident communicator who can influence decisions and lead calmly in a storm
