Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. in London/Stockholm is seeking a Product Strategy Lead for Trading Products to shape the long-term strategy, drive profitability, and ensure alignment with Nasdaq’s priorities.

You will work across Product Management, Software Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Client Success to identify market opportunities and support high-value client engagements. The role requires deep knowledge of capital markets and trading tech, plus strong leadership and client-facing

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product strategy or strategic product leadership.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, market structure, trading, or financial market infrastructure.
• Knowledge of trading technology or market infrastructure solutions; familiarity with Nasdaq’s trading products is a plus.
• Experience leading client discussions, proposals, and expectations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy for Nasdaq’s trading products.
• Create, track, and communicate yearly objectives and key results for each product line.
• Identify and evaluate new global product opportunities across geographies and markets.
• Lead early-stage client engagements and guide value propositions from engagement to contract.
• Own and manage pre-sales activities including design studies, pricing profiles, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs, product roadmap, and delivery direction.
• Use feedback and market trends to guide product decisions and prioritization.
