Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Trading Planning Lead to shape the Store's integrated trading plan, uniting launches, promotions, pricing, catalogue, lifecycle and key events into a coherent roadmap with defined outcomes and owners.

You will collaborate across Trading Optimisation, Catalogue Planning, Promotions & Experimentation, Finance, Monetisation, Merchandising & Editorial, Insights & Analytics, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in trading, commercial planning, programme management, ecommerce, or business operations.
• Experience building integrated trading plans and running weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning cycles.
• Strong commercial/analytical capability with KPIs to prioritise work and action.

Responsibilities

• Build the integrated 360 trading plan aligning strategy, titles, promotions, pricing, lifecycle and events.
• Run the trading planning rhythm with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews; track decisions, owners and due dates.
