Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Trading Planning Lead to build the Store's integrated trading plan and align launches, promotions, pricing, and lifecycle activities into a clear roadmap.

The role collaborates with Finance, Analytics, Merchandising and regional teams, driving prioritisation and governance while escalating blockers to timely resolution. A strong, adaptable leader with 8+ years of trading or planning experience will thrive in this hybrid, global environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in trading, commercial planning, programme management, ecommerce, or business operations.
• Experience building integrated plans and running weekly, monthly, and quarterly trading cycles.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with KPIs like revenue, conversion, engagement, margin and customer KPIs.
• Excellent programme-management discipline with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and action logs.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to influence stakeholders globally without formal authority.
• Clear written, verbal, and visual communication to turn complex inputs into concise trading materials.
• Resilient, adaptable, outcome-focused mindset with ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build the integrated 360 trading plan linking strategy, roadmaps, promotions, pricing, lifecycle and events into a clear roadmap.
• Coordinate planning inputs for weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews; track decisions, owners and due dates; escalate blockers.
• Maintain central planning sources of truth: master calendar, priority sheets, and dependencies.
• Connect performance to future plans with Finance, Insights & Analytics to surface drivers and risks and feed forecasts.
• Drive prioritisation and trade-offs by identifying collisions and presenting options to Store leaders.
• Coordinate delivery and improve ways of working across multiple teams to reduce rework and increase speed.
