Job summary

DRW seeks a Software Engineer for Trading Operations in London, collaborating with traders, researchers and other engineers. You will own software from prototype to production and help optimize workflows across trading desks.

Role involves building trading apps and data pipelines, working with Java and Python, and being available for on-call support. Prior front/middle/back office exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent exposure.
• 2+ years of enterprise software experience in trading-related environments.
• Experience interacting with front/middle/back office and senior management is a plus.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the products you create, from prototype to production.
• Embed with trading operations stakeholders and deliver polished software solutions.
• Build, maintain and extend trading-related applications and data pipelines.
• Work with multiple languages (Java, Python) across systems.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
