DV Trading in London is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to lead the growth of the London Operations team and design scalable processes that support the firm’s expanding trading activity. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to build robust data pipelines and efficient operational systems across the firm.

You will own end-to-end workflows including reconciliations, pricing, PnL, and intraday monitoring, while collaborating with developers to create trader tools and onboarding

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of analytical or operational experience in a trading environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; Python and Bloomberg a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and scale the London Operations team and processes.
• Gain end-to-end knowledge of trading, clearing and settlement across asset classes.
• Own reconciliations, pricing, PnL, and intraday monitoring.
• Design real-time alerts and checks to preserve data integrity.
• Improve trade execution workflow and distribution to traders.
• Collaborate with developers on databases, trader tools, GUIs.
• Create onboarding processes for new traders and products.
• Assess feasibility of new trades/markets/exchanges.
