Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reaction and management of internal and 3rd Party incidents for Retail and Online products, liaising with customer facing departments.
• Ensure Customer facing product is monitored and maintained to the highest standard; signpost events and resolve queries.
• Maintain a Customer First continuous improvement mindset; collaborate to improve the Sportsbook product and relationships.
• Accurate and timely settlement of markets across the Sportsbook.
• Schedule and book all Sporting events; work with Trading to optimize In-Play daily.
• Assist in maintenance and analysis of Operational performance reporting linked to KPIs.
• Open to regular travel to events and Fanatics offices for offsite meetings.

Job description

As a Trading Operations Associate at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will be responsible for the Operational Management of the Pre-Live & In-Play Fanatics Betting & Gaming Sportsbook product. Responsibilities will include event settlement, the management of Retail & Online Incident and working closely with Customer Operations, content and other customer facing teams, ensuring a 1st class Betting Experience.

The successful candidate does not need previous Trading experience but should be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to begin a career working within a Sports Trading Department.

The position involves flexible working hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays to cover the busy sporting calendar.

Responsibilities

• Reaction and management of internal and 3rd Party incidents for both Retail and Online products. Liaising with customer facing departments to ensure quick resolution and minimal customer impact.
• Ensuring Customer facing product is proactively monitored and maintained to the highest standard. This Includes event signposting, resolving customer queries and ensuring scoreboard information is accurate
• Maintain a ‘Customer First’ continuous improvement mindset. Collaborating internally and externally to improve the Sportsbook product. Ensuring strong 3rd Party relationships as part of this.
• Accurate and timely Settlement of markets across the Sportsbook.
• Scheduling and Booking of all Sporting events – Working with the wider Trading department to ensure the In-Play product is optimized each day.
• Assisting in the maintenance and analysis of Operational performance reporting linked to Customer First KPIs.
