Fanatics Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Trading Operations Associate to manage pre-live and in-play operations for our Sportsbook product. You will partner with Customer Operations and content teams to ensure a first-class betting experience, handling incident management and event settlement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Entry Level Position, 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Passion for Sports and understanding of what Sports fans want to be entertained.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and public holidays to cover busy schedule.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reaction and management of internal and 3rd Party incidents for Retail and Online products, liaising with customer facing departments.
• Ensure Customer facing product is monitored and maintained to the highest standard; signpost events and resolve queries.
• Maintain a Customer First continuous improvement mindset; collaborate to improve the Sportsbook product and relationships.
• Accurate and timely settlement of markets across the Sportsbook.
• Schedule and book all Sporting events; work with Trading to optimize In-Play daily.
• Assist in maintenance and analysis of Operational performance reporting linked to KPIs.
• Open to regular travel to events and Fanatics offices for offsite meetings.
