Susquehanna International Group, LLP runs a 2027 Trading Operations Analyst Programme, a 6-month graduate OA with four-week rotations across Trading Operations desks. The UK-based programme begins after an immersive Dublin training period (Sep–Dec 2027), designed to prepare you for a fast-paced trading floor role.

You will be mentored by a trader and supported by a buddy who previously completed OA, gaining hands-on experience and real impact from day one.

Formación

• Soon-to-be or recent graduate starting September 2027.
• Willingness to learn across trading desks and develop quantitative skills.
• Interest in finance, markets, and technology with a collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate across Trading Operations desks (Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan, Settlements).
• Develop understanding of full trade life cycle and contribute to desk projects.
• Work with traders and technology teams to generate ideas and provide input in real time.
