Qualifications

• Significant experience within energy trading or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing Business Analysts.
• Extensive experience delivering business analysis for complex IT change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Business Analysis capability within Trading IT.
• Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching and development.
• Act as the primary link between Trading business stakeholders and IT teams.
