Job summary

Asda House is seeking a Trading Assistant to join our Buying team. You will support the Buyer with sales tracking, cost and retail adjustments, and supplier coordination to ensure deadlines are met.

You will also handle admin tasks, line listing accuracy, and invoice reconciliation, contributing to range and promotion decisions. The role is permanent, full-time, with hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office) and an attractive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist Buyer with sales tracking and analysis.
• Maintain admin accuracy: line listing, cost and retail changes, invoicing reconciliation.
• Liaise with suppliers to meet deadlines and tasks; input decisions on ranges and promotions.
