A leading retail company in Cheltenham is looking for enthusiastic colleagues to help replenish stock and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include collecting stock from the warehouse, keeping shelves organized, and assisting customers with inquiries. Ideal candidates should have the right to work in the UK and be prepared to work flexible hours. The role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for development.
Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to replenish items across the store, keeping shelves tidy and full of well-presented products. Always ready to serve customers, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help. Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations. Date checking fresh produce and grocery products. Help across the store as needed and support deliveries as required.
