Roles and Responsibilities:

  5. Proactively resolve supplier pricing queries and perform range cleansing.
  6. Build effective cross-functional relationships to enhance service delivery.
  7. Adhere to company policies and deadlines.
  8. Act as the primary interface for retailer-related activities and outputs on behalf of Trading Managers.
  9. Collate retailer bulletin information and communications as required.
  10. Resolve CRM queries from start to finish for all product and service inquiries on behalf of Trading Managers.
  11. Review and suggest improvements to workflows to reduce CRM queries.
  12. Work closely with Trading Managers to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and data transfer.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
  1. Previous experience in administration and data input.
  2. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

  4. Experience working with databases and high volumes of data.
  5. Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  8. A proactive 'can-do' attitude and adaptability to change.
  9. Previous administration experience within a trading or retail environment.
  10. A-level or third-level qualification in business or a related field.
