Job summary

Hyde Group is looking for an experienced Trades Supervisor to lead frontline repairs teams across our London homes. You will supervise multi-skilled operatives, manage workloads, monitor quality and safety, and deliver repairs to a high standard.

Based in Tower Hamlets, the role requires a trade background, strong supervision skills and a valid driving licence. We offer a competitive salary, pension, life assurance and company vehicle with a fuel card.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a trade or repairs environment, with previous supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong technical knowledge within your trade area and understanding of building maintenance standards.
• Good understanding of health & safety legislation and safe working practices.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to use IT systems and mobile devices for job management and reporting.
• Full Driving License

Responsibilities

• Support performance management of operatives, including coaching, mentoring and addressing underperformance where required.

Hyde is looking for an experienced and motivated Trade Supervisor to lead and support our frontline trades teams, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance services are delivered across our homes and communities. In this key operational role, you will be responsible for supervising multi-skilled operatives and/or specialist trades, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

What You’ll be doing
