Job summary

B&Q Ayr is hiring a TradePoint Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) for a permanent contract. Shifts run Monday to Sunday from 7:00am to 10:00pm. The role offers a UK notional hourly rate of £13.10 and opportunities to help TradePoint members by listening, advising and selling the right products and services.

You’ll work with a team to engage trade customers, build relationships, promote loyalty schemes and contribute to a great customer experience at Ayr store.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to build relationships with trade members and colleagues.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota.
• Interest in promoting TradePoint products and loyalty schemes.

• Deal with trade members daily and understand their business needs.
