Job summary

Dawn Ellmore Employment is partnering with a leading London law firm to hire an experienced Trade Mark Records Specialist. The role is hands-on, supporting a busy international Trade Mark practice, with full-time and part-time hours available.

You will manage Trade Mark records, record deadlines, review correspondence, and assist with portfolio onboarding and administration, working closely with Trade Mark lawyers and paralegals across offices, ensuring accurate data and timely actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade Mark records or docketing.
• Understanding of UK Trade Mark procedures.
• Experience with trademark databases or docketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Trade Mark records and maintain portfolio information.
• Record and monitor deadlines across applications, renewals, oppositions, and other matters.
• Review correspondence and ensure actions and dates are captured.
• Support Trade Mark formality checks and general administration.
• Assist with management and onboarding of Trade Mark portfolios.
• Support IP team with additional records and Trade Mark administration.
