Job summary

A leading law firm in London is seeking an experienced Trade Mark Records Specialist to join their IP team. The role offers both full-time and part-time hours, with flexibility to suit an experienced IP professional.

You will work hands-on with Trade Mark lawyers and paralegals across offices, ensuring portfolios are accurate and deadlines are managed. Responsibilities include maintaining records, monitoring deadlines, reviewing correspondence, and supporting formalities and onboarding of TM

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade Mark records or docketing systems.
• Good understanding of UK Trade Mark procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Trade Mark records and maintain portfolio information.
• Record and monitor deadlines across applications, renewals, oppositions and related matters.
• Review correspondence and ensure actions and dates are captured correctly.
• Support Trade Mark team with formalities and admin tasks.
• Assist with onboarding and management of Trade Mark portfolios.
• Support wider IP team with additional records and Trade Mark administration as required.
