Job summary

MIRANDAH ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Ireland seeks a paralegal or IP assistant to manage a client's Trademark portfolio, file and prosecute applications up to grant, and coordinate filings in Asian jurisdictions.

You will advise on strategies and costs, review examination reports and Office Actions, conduct trademark searches, and provide opinions to clients. Training will be provided; the role requires good time management, self-discipline and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law or related IP qualification encouraged
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Managing client's Trademark portfolio
• Filing, prosecuting and maintaining trademark applications up to grant
• Coordinating trademark filings in Asian countries
• Advising on strategies and costs to clients
• Reviewing examination reports and drafting responses
