As Trade & Working Capital EMEA Business Manager, you will collaborate with senior Business Managers to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, drive and facilitate the execution of business strategy, oversee key initiatives aligned with business priorities, and report on financials, including budget forecasting, headcount, and market data.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business heads and functional managers (sales and product) to execute go-to-market strategies and support business operations.
  • Assist in tracking P&L, expenses, headcount, and other key metrics regularly.
  • Develop and oversee business performance metrics to generate insights and identify new opportunities.
  • Create materials for business reviews and executive presentations to communicate strategic direction, program execution, and performance.
  • Build product and business knowledge to analyze datasets, derive insights, and recommend actions.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks such as legal, tax, regulatory, and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams on initiatives and stakeholder updates.
  • Support ad-hoc executive requests promptly and effectively.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field with a solid understanding of credit products.
  • Understanding of Trade & Working Capital Products.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in analyzing opportunities and problems, recommending solutions, and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent analytical, numeric, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences, including executive-level.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, capable of delivering results quickly.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships across functions.
  • Disciplined in managing and improving processes and controls.
