Qualifications

• 2+ years' communications surveillance experience or similar.
• Experience with electronic and voice surveillance is advantageous.
• Hands-on role combining alert review with tool development.
• Strong Python and data skills; knowledge of market abuse a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily review/investigation of electronic and voice alerts.
• Develop, automate and improve surveillance alerts, scenarios and reports.
• Gain and document surveillance findings, escalate when needed.
• Support data feeds integration and data-quality controls.
• Build MI packs to oversee surveillance activity and risks.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Trading and Technology teams.
