Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or higher.
• Enthusiasm to learn and complete apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Book customer cars in for repair/attention by telephone or in person; prepare job cards and files.
• Maintain a filing system for job cards, invoices and paperwork; provide progress reports to customers on request.
• Collect payment from customers, handling banking/security arrangements and excesses on insurance policies.
• Handle all relevant administration related to the service departments.
