Location: Fareham; 4 days in office, 1 day from home. (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive

About the Opportunity

An established international organisation is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to join its collaborative marketing team. This is a varied role responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of events across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia‑Pacific.

Working across multiple brands and markets, you will lead the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, customer events and promotional activities. From shaping event strategy and measuring performance to coordinating logistics and supplier management, you will play a key role in driving brand visibility and commercial success.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a global environment where no two days are the same. One day you may be reviewing event performance and campaign data, and the next you could be supporting the delivery of a major international exhibition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage and deliver a calendar of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars and customer engagement events.

  • Support partner networks with marketing assets and event collateral.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all events, channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Gather market insights and stakeholder feedback to influence future event and marketing strategies.
About You

We're looking for an organised, commercially minded events professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • At least 7 years' experience managing trade shows, exhibitions and event programmes across international markets.
  • A proven track record of delivering both small and large‑scale events.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience managing external suppliers, agencies and event partners.
  • Confidence using data and analytics to evaluate event performance and inform future decisions.
  • Budget management experience across multiple projects and regions.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience using project management, CRM and marketing platforms.
  • An interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and event outcomes.
