Job summary

Magnet’s Canterbury Showroom invites you to join our team as a front-facing sales/stock assistant. You’ll manage stock, deliveries and goods-in, ensuring a safe, organised warehouse and building strong relationships with trade customers.

You’ll deliver excellent service, meet sales targets, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. The role offers uncapped commission, structured training, and a range of staff discounts and wellbeing benefits as part of a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and personable approach.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and use design software where required.
• Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to help.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Ability to manage and maintain stock effectively.
• IT literate with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Open to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required.

£26,538.49 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £30,000+)

What You’ll Be Doing
