Job summary

Howdens Joinery offers a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship at Springtown Depot, Northern Ireland. The 12- to 15-month program combines on-the-job training with classroom learning and provides real progression into sales roles.

You will serve trade customers face-to-face and by phone, learn our product range (kitchens, joinery, materials) and develop skills in stock control and deliveries in a busy depot.

Qualifications

• Level 2 customer service apprenticeship required or achievable during program.
• Friendly, confident and keen to learn.
• Reliable and organised.
• Looking for a long-term career, not just a job.

Responsibilities

• Serve trade customers in person and by phone.
• Build relationships and support sales.
• Learn product range across kitchens, joinery and materials.
• Support stock control and deliveries; develop confidence in a fast-paced depot environment.
