Job summary

Howdens is recruiting for a customer service apprentice at Springtown Depot, Northern Ireland. You will be welcomed into a busy, hands‑on team from day one and supported to learn, earn, and progress into sales and depot leadership.

The apprenticeship lasts 12–15 months with a dedicated mentor, staff discounts, pension, and paid holidays. Right to work in the UK is required, and sponsorship is not available for depot roles.

Qualifications

• Attitude and potential are valued over experience.
• Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship is the qualification.
• Training and mentorship are provided throughout the apprenticeship.

• Serving trade customers face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Building relationships and supporting sales.
• Learning our product range (kitchens, joinery, materials).
• Supporting stock control and deliveries.

About the Apprenticeship

• Location: Springtown Depot | Northern Ireland
• £16,686 salary plus team incentives
• Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship
• Duration: 12–15 months
• Support to achieve Maths & English (if needed)
• A dedicated mentor and supportive Depot Manager
